Partyfaces always uses professional face paint brands such as Snazaroo, Paradise and Ben Nye, water-based and hypo-allergenic. These products dry quicky and are smudge-proof (though pizzas and birthday cakes have been known to be a hazard to this!) Paints are applied with art sponges, stipple sponges and brushes which have bristles of either sable or acrylic. Partyfaces glitter is theater quality fine grain. Occasionally a fine metallic powder that becomes paint when water is applied is used for metallic effects. This also is professional quality and safe for skin.
All these products can be removed with baby wipes, soap and warm water, and/or moisturizer. As much as everyone enjoys their face painting, it should be removed at the end of the day.
Partyfaces by Rachel will bring all the supplies neccessary to your home to decorate your guests, All that is needed from you is a clear space, a small table, two chairs and good light.

Events - based upon budget
Partyfaces base fee is $100/hr regardless of the number of guests. This is partly because it might take a while for guests to be ready to have their faces painted or guests will want their faces, arms and hands painted and repainted! Last minute bookings will be happily accepted if Rachel is available.
There is no deposit required. Cash or personal check is due at the end of the event, and an additional fee for transportation may be applicable.

What is a glitter tattoo?
Glitter tattoos are temporary body art created using stencils, adhesive and fine grain glitters.
After the skin has been wiped with rubbing alcohol to remove residue and oils, the single-use adhesive stencil is pressed to the skin. The protective layer is then peeled off, and 'skin glue' is brushed over the stencil gaps. After a minute or two the glue dries clear and glitters are brushed over the stencil.
Finally the stencil is peeled off revealing a beautiful, sparkly image that stays on for up to a week. .
Glitter tattoos can be easily removed with baby oil and are completely waterproof. They are not recommended for the under 5's as the removal of the stencil is similar to removing a Band-Aid, which can be too uncomfortable for them.
Glitter tattoos are hugely popular with those at the party who feel they're too old for face painting, and are great choice for pool parties!
